Tow Truck Insurance is Now Available in All Risks, Ltd.'s Workers' Compensation Unit

RICHMOND, VA (May 16, 2016) – All Risks, Ltd., the nation’s largest independent wholesale insurance brokerage firm, now offers competitive workers’ compensation insurance to towing operations in its dedicated WC unit.  Coverage is available through multiple A.M. Best A- or better rated carriers in 15 states, including Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.  Minimum premiums start at $5,000 for all states, except CA ($20,000).

Retail insurance agents nationwide can receive a workers’ compensation quote for automobile towing operations owned by individuals and businesses under the following WC class codes: 7228 Trucking Local in NCCI States and 7227 Auto Towing in Non-NCCI States.  Multi-location risks as well as operations within a 200-mile radius are eligible.  Towing with storage yards and 24-hour roadside assistance are also acceptable.  Debit e-mods can be considered.  Operations involving repossession of autos and new ventures are not eligible.  Retail insurance agents can submit a completed and signed ACORD 130 application, e-mod worksheet, and three years loss history for a quote.  A copy of the client’s current drivers list/MVR’s are required to bind the account.  To receive a WC quote, contact your regional All Risks WC Underwriter direct.
