Senior Account Manager

    PMC Insurance Group is looking for qualified applicants who thrive in a fast pace team environment, exhibit strong communication and problem solving skills, demonstrate enthusiasm and maintain the ability to meet and increase assigned renewal book retention as part of the Account Management Team. You will be responsible for building relationships with our agency partners and carriers by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating renewal options between carrier underwriters and partner agents, looking for opportunities to provide relationship value, expedited service requests and manage support staff to deliver superior service.

    Primary Expectations
    -Manage assigned regional book of business to meet established yearly retention goals.
    -Deliver competitive renewal options that meet our agency partner requests and expectations to secure renewal policy.
    -Exhibit strong decision making skills to direct, monitor and respond to partner agents in a timely and professional manner on all regional policy inquiries and requests.
    - Provide agent on-boarding of all new policies to deliver clear understanding carrier requirements, claims reporting, billing and policy service expectations.
    -Build solid carrier relationships to expedite solutions to our agents/policyholders. Acquire a strong knowledge of our carrier’s capabilities, systems and underwriting appetite in order to re-market accounts and improve account retention
    -Be proactive with agents and internal PMC Staff on updates on significant policies changes or events that effect policies or regional book.
    -Maintain regular interaction with Regional PMC Team in discussing opportunity for growth or changes with our agency partners.
    -Maintain active and detailed use and documentation within our data management system.
    -Create the #1 customer experience in the wholesale brokerage industry that creates value and frequently returning customers
