Are there and Carriers (other than Farmers Insurance) or E/S market that will insure uber drivers?

Yes there are but that depends what kind of uber, Uber X or Uber Black... Uber X , your best options, Farmers, Allstate, state farm or Progressive, those will be your least expensive options. If they are doing Uber Black, most likely they will need livery insurance, which is almost twice the rate of farmers and other standard carriers that offer the rideshare endorsements.

Mercury is also doing Uber now. One of my agents quoted one yesterday and it only added an additional $78 to the premium.
