CompleteMarkets - Careers

The purpose of this blog is to help guide those who struggle to find employment in the Insurance and Financial Services industry. Every week I will post blogs to help job seekers through the hiring process. The Application

We understand how time consuming applications are, especially if you are applying for multiple positions. We make the application process easy by sending a copy of your CompleteMarkets career history to the employer. No need to fill out lengthy applications, just fill in your cover letter information and click apply! It literally takes less than two minutes!

 After you have submitted your application, the employer receives an email notification immediately. They can view your Career History and Cover Letter you submitted and contact you directly to set up an interview.

 I strongly recommend that you keep your Career History updated. As I explained earlier, the employer will get a copy of your Career History (or selected resume), but our employers and recruiters are also proactively searching for candidates. If you want to be found make sure you pay close attention and fill out your Career History completely.

 There are two ways recruiters and employers contact candidates:

1. Direct contact through phone
2. A message sent to candidates on their CompleteMarkets account

 Someone will contact you, so it is important to be active on CompleteMarkets and responsive to phone calls or emails.
