Proctor Financial, Inc. (PFI) offers an Investor/REO Rental Program which provides property and liability coverage for residential rental properties held by financial institutions, property investors, REITs and other real estate capital companies. The Investor/REO Rental Program is underwritten as a master policy with properties reported utilizing PFI's web-based reporting form. The result is immediate coverage, no individual property underwriting and streamlined administration.

Investor/REO Rental Program Highlights:

Investor/owner eligibility requirements
Replacement cost valuation available, coinsurance applies
High property limits; sub-limits for loss of rents and personal property
Liability coverage including personal and advertising injury, fire damage legal liability and medical expenses
Ordinance or law coverage

Program Parameters:

Limited to residential rental properties 1-4 Family dwelling (no commercial or mobile homes including apartment buildings)
Insured must have ownership interest in each property (or is managing the property through a written agreement transferring fiduciary responsibility)
No more than 20% of properties concentrated in urban areas
Renovation properties applicable, no new construction
Properties cannot be acquired by tax liens
