Coverage is offered for rinks that meet underwriting guidelines. The skating facilities program offers competitive coverage and rates; commission is paid to agents.
Coverage available includes general liability, property, commercial auto, inland marine, crime, excess liability, and workers’ compensation (in select states); optional sexual abuse and molestation coverage is offered. Fire damage legal is included with limits of $300,000. There is no general aggregate and no general liability deductible; minimum premium is $5,000.
Associated exposures may include food concessions, pro shops, vending and arcades. Ice operations on natural waterways and in-line skate activities held in parking lots or similar areas are ineligible.
