Underwriting Approach and Minimum Premiums

Underwriting is handled in-house by teams experienced in live events and entertainment. Underwriters evaluate each submission with attention to site layout, vendor management, alcohol exposure, ride/fireworks usage, security plans, and attendee counts. Minimum premiums and program terms vary by event size, location, and risk profile; provide as much detail as possible (site plan, vendor list, alcohol permits, past loss history) to speed placement.

AGENCY LICENSING

Licensing
Each state’s regulatory department requires licensing for any broker soliciting coverage within that state. Failure to maintain proper licensing status can result in penalties not only to the broker, but also to the insurer. Therefore, in addition to the completed Broker Agreement, we require that you provide the following:

1.      A copy of your resident license and, if applicable, non-resident licenses for each state in which you have an account insured with our program.

2.      A copy of your agency’s corporate license issued by your state's Department of Insurance.
