• Hotels with pools, restaurants and/or bars. Franchised or Independent Properties up to $10 Million TIV.
Hotel and Motel Insurance Coverages Include:
• General Liability - limits up to $2 Mil/$2 Mil
• Property (Buildings, BPP, Business Income on an actual loss sustained basis)
• Liquor Liability - up to $1 Mil/$2 Mil
• Hired and Non-Owned Auto
• Employee Benefits Liability
• Wake-Up Call Liability
• Equipment Breakdown on all risks.
Hotel and Motel Insurance Coverage Highlights:
• General Liability is based on the number of rooms in lieu of receipts.
No Premium Audits unless insured has a Restaurant & Bar.
• Wind Coverage is available except in Florida or Tier One Counties (TX to AL) , NC and SC, GA within 10 miles of the Coast.
The following Property Coverage Extensions are included without additional charge:
• Money & Securities - $5,000/$5,000
• Employee Dishonesty -$10,000
• Guest Property- $1,000/$10,000
• Guest Evacuation -$10,000
• Guest Relocation - $500/$10,000
• Outdoor Signs - $10,000
• Cost to Reprogramming Key system - $25,000
• Spoilage - $10,000
• Sewer Back Up - $10,000
• Plus 30 other great extensions.
• Higher limits available for an additional charge.
