Accidental Medical Expense Insurance

Accidental Medical Expense Insurance is a form of health insurance that covers medical expenses resulting from an accidental injury. This coverage covers medical expenses such as hospitalization, emergency room visits, diagnostic tests, doctor visits, and other related medical expenses that may arise due to an accidental injury.

Unlike other forms of health insurance, accidental medical expense insurance specifically covers medical expenses resulting from accidents, such as a broken bone from a fall or a cut that requires stitches.  It does not cover medical expenses related to illness or pre-existing conditions.

Accidental Medical Expense Insurance can be a part of an Accident and Sickness Insurance policy or it can be purchased as a standalone policy.
