Hi, I have a group of Insureds, one of which is a small GC company ( TX registered) subbing out 100% operations, multi state operations, with only one part time supervisor on payroll.The other 2 Insureds are remodelers (TX companies) who work on Labor basis, multi state, with 3 employees and $200K payroll each. We've had tough luck finding markets for these, any suggestions?

I may be able to assist! SouthEast specializes in Construction. "Pay as you go" PEO Solution through our A-Rated Insurance Carrier in house. What other states besides TX?

US Risk is our go to for non-standard construction risks. Travis Reynolds is who I use and he is awesome. He always makes sure that when necessary, Waiver of Subrogation, PNC, blanket AI and so on are included.

Thanks Cole. I'll definitely get in touch with Travis. So far, I just have the Texas mutual quote, everyone else declined for multi-state, 100% subbing. I'll keep you'll posted!
