Property & Casualty  High Fire Areas 

Hi All,

This specific to California. There are some ZIP CODES in California that carriers have a MORATORIUM on Fire Insurance, on of the areas are the San Bernardino Mountains. Besides the DIC policies with the California Fair Plan companion policy, what other carriers would provide a full comprehensive policy? I know of Lexington will, Lloyds I heard just pulled out, any others? Also, I have heard from other agents that there is no coverage for Multi-million dollar homes in that area, too much for CFP

It is certainly getting "ugly" out there to find really ANY insurance for some of these homes. Especially $1MM plus.

We write them in a lot of areas on our platform www.bigfoot.insure - for agents click request login and then you can quote on platform. We're good at under $1M coverage A in house but we will underwrite the risks. Over $1M we are submit for approval and have 3 carriers.
