We have a new venture that is loosely tied to a Nebraska used car dealership. The new venture is not combinable with any of our other entities. They will be picking up and delivering dealership cars and cars of other dealerships (for a fee) using a Silverado 3500 pulling a 4 car trailer. The trailer will piggyback one car over the truck instead of bumper to bumper. They will go where ever they are needed, so the radius needs to be unlimited. The carrier for the used car dealership is not a market due to the radius and the piggyback of cars. The driver just passed his CDL this month and has no history of operating this type vehicle. We have a quote from BHHC that seems high. Progressive will not quote because the insured's DOT authority is less than 1 year old
