Have you been declined by a few of your licensed carriers?

i could find a surplus lines carrier to quote this but they will not be competitive with your admitted markets or programs.

I got a Verbal decline from Nationwide. She was quoted by Hartford from another agency but they used "Consultant - Management" class code which I have to assume is incorrect.

We just did one for a similar company out of the UK - the PAI exclusion gets picked up by the Prof Liability generally so as long as you have that part covered you should be fine with having a standard GL market getting this accomplished. As I see it, you have a Advertising / Marketing firm who specializes in a niche industry. Best, Joseph

Evan,

Is this being required by contract? Are you specifically looking for Bodily Injury coverage for the claims which may arise out of performance of marketing advertising services?

If so you may be looking for a media liability policy or a Marketing Advertising E&O policy which includes the BI coverages. If you have an application completed and are NOT working with another broker all ready feel free to send it to my attention.

If you are currently working with another broker please submit a market list once they have exhausted their markets.
