I have had Calsurance/Brown and Brown for 8 years. 2m/5k ded =$1500 yr 1 staffperson. In my limited experience with calling them, they are not super friendly or helpful with service calls though..

Westport is without a doubt. Contact Abby Kahl at the Oregon IIABA office -- 8667744226 x23. Do you want cheap or do you want coverage? Westport offers coverage...may not be the cheapest, but you said "best carrier".
