In Houston Texas...

I am looking at making dramatic strides to grow my commercial book of business. I am looking for someone who can help me recruit a producer who can produce at MIN $1M in DWP annually and has potential to move into management with-in 12-24 Months to help me grow a solid team of additional Agents and Account Managers/CSR. This will be a completely separate part of my agency using the foundation of the book of business I have already built.

I don't want to use the normal Monster or Careerbuilder as I think you get everyone applying who are worthless waste of time.

-Thanks in advance for any and all assistance on this...

Adam,

We too used to use Monster.com and careerbuilder.com and had the same results. We now use three methods:

1. Employee referral - Pay a small finders fee to any employee who brings in a candidate who we later hire.
2. Linkedin Posting - Both general posts and in the 50 groups I am a member of. Tends to get people only in our business and more qualified and professional candidates.
3. Indeed.com They have grown and are now larger than Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com Candidates can apply right online and you can also see who had checked out your job opening in case they have the background you want and they have not yet applied.

Good luck and happy hunting.
