Just be true and spefic, Ask your customers to make a review, start a rating promotional plan, like a lucky reviewer will get any specific gift etc.

With our system every time a CSR interacts with a customer or when a producer makes a sale our system automatically sends a one question survey asking how they did. Immediately upon submission we send a request for a review we then publish those results on Google business Facebook Yelp Zillow indeed Glassdoor etc. if it's a bad review or survey that goes directly to the agency owner It gives the agency a chance to find out what went wrong and allows them the opportunity to fix any real issue
