Mobile tire service needs work comp for 3 employees (<70k in payroll). None of the usual outlets will take and NCCI wants a 4K deposit, which the business can't swing. Anybody know of a market or a premium finance company that will finance a monoline WC account?

The finance companies that I am familiar with, such as Standard Premium, will finance a WC premium. However, they do require a down payment deposit of at least 40-50% and then allow only about 3-4 payments for the balance. This is due to the fact that they've been burned by insureds that get WC policies for a cert, then non-pay. The carrier will not refund any monies until an audit is conducted and those insureds that non-pay are also not going to complete an audit.
