I am looking for coverage for Bees. nonprofit organization that has 1 bee hive on premises to teach classes on bees. anyone know of any market willing to write this? thanks.

Hi Peggy,

I think this account will have to have everything written with the same company, not just the bee hives. I would try Irwin Siegel Agency. They are great with nonprofits. I have several accounts with them. Of course there is also Philadelphia and Gateway Specialty. You could also go to mynewmarkets.com and search there.

it is with Philadelphia now and they are excluding 1 bee hive. I think philly is a good match because they have summer camps which some nonprofit markets won't write, they are building a new building and philly writes them a COC while its being built. but this bee hive thing is a sticking point, the insured seems to not want to give it up.
