anyone have a market for a non-franchised motel? Non-renewal because of wildfire concerns. Currently Scottsdale. Marketed to Mesa, Atlantic Casualty, Northland, and AmTrust. Nothing. The wholesaler out of options. Need quickly. If you have an option please contact me right away.

We are having the same problem in Indiana. Not only non-franchised but also any motels with outside entrances, any over 25 years old, etc. The markets have dried up here as well so I would definitely be interested in any information regarding markets. Thanks!

I have the same problem due to wildfire concerns....I was able to get the liability separate for the Property but have $5.1 mil TIV with a 54 fire score in Northern California but the surrounding area of the city fire scores are in the 70 Plus. Anyone have markets for property?
