I'm looking for a carrier that will offer landslide coverage in San Clemente, CA. The property is surveyed as moderate based on a scale from
none, low, moderate and sever. iCat declined since they only take none to low risks. Anybody have any suggestions? Property value reconstruction is $457,000 plus riders. Thanks, Tim M.

We can take it to other markets other than ICAT. Although, MPs start to climb from the $1,000 range pretty quickly...
