I am looking for a market for 20 or more single family rentals.

Preferably on a commercial master policy that allows one policy for many locations.

Thank you,

I would try APIA Inc it stands for Asset Protection Insruance Agency my contact is Evelyn Jones 877-752-2742 her email is [email protected] They have a great product for real estate owners I am not sure of their stance in TX but they have been very competitive in TN. Best of luck to you! The habitational market is a beast right now.

I agree with Teresa that the Hab market has dicey places right now. Also check out American Modern, AMIG. They have a 10+ dwelling policy. The nice thing, the Property is by schedule, so updating is not as difficult with location adds/drops.
If you need a nationwide connection to AMIG, try Safehold.com Also, if you can find an MGA/MGU that has Western World paper, give them a shot.
In GA, we access that via SIU www.siuins.com. I don't know if they operate in the Texan nation.

To your success!

Hi Joel!

We have access to both American Modern and USLI for scheduled rental properties. Both companies offer the single commercial policy option. We'd love to help you out with them. You can contact our commercial department at 800-869-2022, or [email protected].
