Recently had NFIP decline a risk and advise that we need to place with "non-NFIP, Private Market Flood Insurance." Seeking a market in Maryland. Thanks!

Just to clarify, it is a residential condo unit that is built on a pier over water.

Looks like Philadelphia is not interested in residential condos.
