I am in need of a carrier for a NJ risk. They both import and manufacture lab testing equipment. All of my standard markets say it is high hazard. The equipment never touches a patient.

I need a package program for them ASAP.

I have already tried Travelers, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Amtrust and Harleysville.

Any suggestions?

I couldn't find a market for "Lab Equipment Wholesaler/manufacturer" exactly, but I was able to find a few companies that might be able to help you out.

Veracity Insurance Solutions - They offer Product Liability Insurance and Medical Equipment Product Liability Insurance and it looks like they can write Importers/Distributors.

Professional Program Insurance Brokerage - They offer Medical Devices Insurance for Importers/Distributors

Thanks everyone, I think I have it out to enough markets right now from telephone responses.

This really belongs in a standard market. It is low hazard products. I think Travelers may help us.
