A current client has begun a joint venture in GA and is obtaining ongoing government contracts to patch, repair and repave roads on the base, future contracts will include sidewalks and parking lots.
Have been declined by 15 carriers as they won't write class without 2 years loss runs. Have GA license so could write thru NCCI but client's accountant wants standard carrier.

Any one have any ideas?

Oh I almost forgot to mention I called Veracity, the company that came up in the search results that I linked in my previous post. I wanted to make sure they would work with the Marine Base and they told me it would be no problem at all! So I would strongly suggest reaching out to them!
