When was the last time you updated your Homeowners Insurance? Have you ever updated your coverage at all? These are important questions to ask yourself and your clients. If they have not reveiwed and updated their HO coverage recently there could be several reasons why they may now be underinsured.

 3. Made Safety Improvements to Your Home
 4. Made Changes in Your Household or Lifestyle
 5. Have a New Furry Family Member

Check with your clients to see if they have gone through any of the listed updates to their homes and make sure they know that they may now be in need of an updated Homeowners Insurance policy.
