My client owns a small restaurant, it seats about 25 and it is a family who is running this business. They need property and liability coverage, we are interested in competitive rate.

Helen,

We have a program that does restaurants, however not in all states.

What state is this in?

Hi Helen,

There are a ton of companies that write mom & pop restaurants. Do they need liquor liability as well? I would suggest looking at Hartford, MetLife, Allied if they have proof of prior, Foremost may be a good fit, USLI has a program, and I hate to say it but Travelers may also be a great carrier for this type of risk. Like Lynn said it depends on what state and experience, I would suggest contacting a broker such as Atlas General, Colonial General, or Burns & Wilcox to discuss what options they may have as well.

Good Luck!
