Looking for coverage on 7,000 acres of ranch grassland used for a cattle operation. Also has a small seasonal cabin onsite. The one sticking point is they lease hunting rights out for 3 months in fall. Guides have their own insurance but still an issue with a lot of companies Anybody know who might write this?

Now this is going to be a bit difficult with the various exposures. You may be able to write this with AU Gold, IFG Companies, or possibly Scottsdale Insurance if not them I would try contacting Veracity as they have an appetite for guided hunting, not sure on the grazing exposure though.

When you find a market please let me know as I have a similar risk without the hunting exposure that I'm currently working on here in AZ.

Hi Douglas,

I hope your having a great day and thank you for using CompleteMarkets!

I'm happy to let you know that I have found 2 markets that can help you. Safehold Special Risk has a Farm and Ranch Insurance program that specializes in the risk you need, in addition to CK Specialty's Farm and Ranch Insurance program.

I encourage you to fill out a multi-submit contact form, you will only need to do this once and it will request a quote from both companies.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

I agree with Matthew when he suggested Veracity Insurance out of Utah.
