Where is your client located? We've had great success writing roofers with Rockingham Insurance through Atlas. Their program includes the blanket additional insured, blanket waiver of subrogation, and products & completed ops coverage. Not sure who your rep is out there but you could give Cynthia Mead a call directly at (858) 529-6784 and further discuss the risk. If you give her a ring please let her know I sent you.
