For an agency with $1,000,000 in revenue or more it would be Applied Systems Epic. It is a complete management, marketing and CRM system. With real time interface with most carriers you can get instant policy and billing data. Highly efficient.

The best one would be the one that you use all of the features offered.

Or in other words, you have to make that decision yourself. No one system is the best for everyone.

Yep depends on size of agency and focus. PL or CL. Overall Hawksoft serves our needs very well. They have made some good upgrades lately which by the way is included in the cost - no upgrade costs.

So This FARMERS agency with a small outside brokerage book setting up ZOHO Free... Anyone have any luck with ZOHO?

I would never recommend EPIC - it is an accounting system that is not good for insurance - its to cumbersome and you can tell it was set up by people that do not do the work - I would go with Vertafore and AMS360 is small if big go with Sagitta - you are getting a great system that understands Insurance -- I will never tell someone to go to EPIC - it has been a nightmare and it takes forever to do anything in it
