I am a CA agent with large CL account and the owner of the business has a home in FL I need to insure. Any markets (E&S or otherwise) would be fine. Thank you in advance for any info you have that could help me on this.

Of course you are aware of the license requirements. Just one account, consider brokering with an independent in the township of the dwelling?

I agree with Rex, I would go with Universal Property and Casualty. The majority of their business that they write is Homeowners in Florida. I have written a lot of business with them, and they will even provide the wind/hail coverage, and they are very reasonably priced.
