Hello Everyone,

I have an account that I need help with! My client owns a commercial building that has 9 rooms and each room is rented out to college students only. There is no more than 1 person in each each room, they rent one room to one person at a time. This building is not on a college campus but located a couple miles away and it isn't a sorority house, it's just a commercial building used to rent out to college student with affordable prices. My client would is looking for property and liability.
