Does anyone know which workers comp carriers do retrospective plans?

I'm not sure what a retrospective plan is but if your talking about a retroactive plan in Nevada it can only be done under certain circumstance, usually it can't be done. If you were looking for someone who had no workers comp when they should have and have been caught by the state then there's not really anything that can be done.
