I need a market for ranch owners. During the summer is serves as a bed and breakfast, people can come and stay and can partake in activities, tour guides and horse rides. During the winter the ranch is closed to visitors but it is still maintained by workers, my clients needs full coverage.

Markel has a market for this. Also Nationwide is competitive.
I am in CA but write business in IL with Markel so I am sure CO is close to the same..

Hello Jacob,
Tyler is correct that CO is the same. I write Markel on the Western Slope of CO. and talked to my rep Sarah D and she said that it should fit in the Horse and Farm product. Markel is are pretty easy to get appointed with and you can apply online at http://www.markelinsurance.com/agent-resources then Sarah will contact you to get you set up.

SouthEast can offer a PEO quote that would fit this company. We offer GL as well if needed. Our Annual premium requirement in CO is 25k. Would they hit that?
