Ask Your Peers Vacant Property (Closed)

Currently my client has several building that are not being occupied and is in the process of trying to get these leased. in the meantime they would like coverage on their buildings in case their was damage to the property while they are vacant. Any suggestions on a Wholesaler who can help write this risk?

Try TAPCO on line. You can execute the sale directly with no appointment process. Also, i suggest you try Atlantic Specialty out of Virginia. As for Jim Woolford and tell them Rob from Long island sent you!

There are so many options when it comes to vacant buildings. I'd suggest looking at USLI through RPS, AU Gold through Atlas General, Allrisks, ACE, Vacantexpress.com, and American Modern. As previously mentioned you can also reach out to Foremost.
