Ask Your Peers Limo company WC with a lapse in coverage

I need a market that will write Work Comp for a Limo company in MN. They had continuous coverage for 8 years and were using a payroll company. Switched payroll companies and new manager didn't realize WC was being handled by payroll company. Needless to say, cancelled for non payment. Trying to avoid the assigned risk pool if at all possible. Never had a claim. Anyone have any suggestions?
