I believe you'll have to place the Workers Comp through the Illinois Assigned Risk Pool.

Not sure if you can do this in IL but in CA with most carriers, you can add the nanny by endorsement to the employers primary home policy or renters policy as an "in-servant". This then extends the liability coverage to cover for Work Comp of in house employees. Just a thought.

Many companies look at the Workers Comp for nannies/ in-servants as 24-hour health insurance.
I believe the only place for you will be through the IL assigned risk pool.
