Ask Your Peers Manufacturing Client Looking To Offer Warranty

I have a product manufacturer that is looking to offer a product warranty or warranty in conjunction with a 3rd party manufacturer. In a nutshell his product technically voids the other manufacturers product warranty so he'd like to extend/take over the warranty if the consumer purchases his product.

Any ideas where to start or who I can contact to further discuss? This is a unique situation and I'd like to offer them some sort of product option.
