Insured got non renewed hurr exposure in Orlando. Before I could write new policy insured had WATER PIPE leak. (Pipe is fixed now) but claim status still shows open while prior carrier determines final payout. Does anyone know of a market that will take nice home with OPEN claim status?? Note I have called Univ. PC, Peoples Trust, TAPCO, already. We know citizens will consider but wondered if there was E and S or other carrier to help....
