WC in Montana. What is the best route to go when a potential client who has a PEO wants out because of poor customer service and they want to do their own HR work. Find another PEO who will allow that or ?
Alot of WC insurance providers dont want these type because they don't have a history or can't get loss runs. Any advice is appreciated

They should be able to get loss runs. Just cancel the PEO relationship, get a new WC policy and they start handling their own HR. Depend on the classifcation and risk though

Most PEOs provide good loss runs given the account is in good standing with the PEO.
