I was inquiring to see if anyone could assist me in placing coverage for a Business Auto policy ( 3 vehicles ) for a new start up Non Emergency Medical Transport Company. National Indemnity/Columbia is about the only market we have found that is still open for new NEMT businesses. The Atlas Group was a good market (but not AM Bests rated) but they have withdrawn from that class totally and are working with National Interstate to roll over their book. National Interstate will require at least 3 years premium and loss history, so they are not a fit either.

Steve is spot on, National Indemnity is the only market that I know of that will play ball in the new venture market aside from Prime. You could also reach out to Sirix Group at 800.497.2882 and Maximum at https://maxib.com/contact/ to see if they have a market that will consider.
