Looking for a market to write an LLC that owns a condo that is near campus and houses students. There was a fire loss in March 2015 due to a phone charger catching fire. All has been repaired. Auto-Owners is non-renewing. AmWins brokerage did not have a market, and All Risks, Ltd. is still trying. Anyone have any ideas? Need property and lessor's risk GL. Thank you.

I also am waiting to see if Crump has a market. Surely someone does.

I hope that you can find someone to help you based on the feedback you received.
I actually did a search using our Find It tool to see if I can help and found a few companies that write Condominiums in Tennessee. Go ahead and send them a submission, I'm sure that they'll let you know if they can help or not.
