Outside of California, I'd recommend RealCare. They write direct through the Calif Assoc of REALTORS in Calif but work through brokers in all other states using Navigators. Phone is (800) 939-8088, or email their president, Tom Henry, at [email protected] and he'll put you with the right underwriter. Program just launched 4/1.
