I'm looking for a Excess Commercial Flood market that will cover up to a $200,000 limit for wine and other business personal property that is stored in the insured's basement at his restaurant in Texas. The insured's Standard Flood policy through FEMA excludes any of the insured's stock that is stored either underground or in a basement. The insured does not own the building so we just need contents coverage.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for using CompleteMarkets!
I did a search using our Find It tool and located a company that writes Flood Insurance - Commercial Lines in Texas. You can view my results here. I suggest sending this company a submission by clicking here to find out if they can cover your client's underground basement.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
