Ask Your Peers  Tenant default coverage for Landlords (Closed)

Does anyone know of a market that offers 'tenant default coverage' that will provide the landlord with loss of rental income (and often includes eviction expense coverage) in the event the tenant defaults?
Aon / QBE offered this until about a year ago, but I have had a hard time finding a market with comparable coverage and reasonable rates. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Dear Tom,

We offer a product called Triple Net protection. Designed to protect landlords from loss of rents due to a loss of the loss of use of the property, there are additional coverages included hence the Triple Net Protection.

Give me a call and we can discuss further.

Thank You,

Hi Tom,

Thank you for using CompleteMarkets!

I used our FindIt search tool to see if I could find companies that can provide the coverage you are looking for and unfortuantely I couldn't find anything. I do know that Alexander J Wayne provides a unique program that fits this exact niche you are looking for (Jason replied above). Reach out to him I'm sure he can help you.

Thank you,
Shawna
