It seems to be a trend among small restaurants and catering services to offer delivery. Does anyone know of a market that will look at doing mono-line non owed auto on delivery?

Those that I know of:

IPC, CRC, Sunderland.

If IPC writes in your area they'll most likely have the lowest min. premium.
