Ask Your Peers builders risk for a demolition project (Closed)

We have an insured in Alabama that has been awarded a demolition project. The project owner is requiring a builders risk policy, even though it is demolition work only.

Does anyone know of a market for this? buildersrisk.com has declined. I have one offer, for $2,500 in premium for a $18,500 project.

I'd be interested in finding out how this works. It seems to me that a Builders Risk policy would be negated by the demolition work. Very curious as to the type of claim scenario that would be covered.
