We are in need of a market for a small contractor that wants to add services to his "Soft Power Washing" business. The added services will include gutter repair and replacement, repair and replace soffits, re-flashing of chimney and chimney repair, pipes and skylights, siding repair and replacement, preparation of decks and sealing. Basically he wants to fix whatever a homeowner needs while he is there doing the power washing.

We need GL and Auto Coverage as well as IM for the equipment that is used and attached to the trailers.

Does anyone have or no of a program for this type of operation? Current cover is in a power washing program, but other work is excluded and may cause them to be cancelled.

Hi Greg, SouthEast specializes in this type of risk. We do have a Minimum Premium Requirement of 40k in NJ though. Would they hit that?
