Ask Your Peers Travelers u/w guideline question in CA - Mobile Car wash (Closed)

One of my prospects has a mobile car wash business and he claims to have Travelers on a GL and comp. To my knowledge, Travelers is not a market for mobile car washes. Could someone, who is familiar with Travelers underwriting guidelines confirm if mobile car washes are the fit for Travelers?

In MA, I have a repair shop with a mobile exposured & Travelers writes it but there are several fixed base locations including a car wash. Good Luck!

Please see attached Travelers Select Accounts Garage Segment Underwriting Guidelines. While Auto Detailing, Waxing and Buffing is an eligible class, the last page lists both Car Washes and Mobile "business on wheels" with no garage operations as a base as Ineligible Operations or Services. Does your prospect have a garage location in addition to their mobile services? Specific risks should be discussed individually with your Travelers Underwriter to determine eligibility. Thank you.
