Ask Your Peers 1 billing for rental properties

I have an insured who has 8 different single family/duplex rental properties. he apparently has gotten some type of mailer indicating that this other party can do 1 billing for all rental properties. has anyone any knowledge of this program?

If I remember correctly I believe that AIG has a program that will put all the properties under one policy and one bill

with Allied, you can write different policies but put them all one one billing account.

Several of my companies offer this service. You may have to call and speak with the billing department of the company and they will tell you how to consolidate the properties into one bill
