Ask Your Peers  Flood Coverage for Loss of Rents on Apartments.

Need a standalone policy for just the loss of rents. I have a flood policy thru NFIP for the property but they will not provide loss of rents and will not cancel the policy due to new restrictions on cancellation of NFIP policies. Help!!!

Dan, I suggest that if the Apartments are considered commercial, more than 4 living units. Then it may be possible for us to place the excess flood coverage over the NFIP and include a BII component.
